Returns

Should you wish to return an item(s) you must fill out the form which can be found by clicking here. The buyer has 30 days to return the item(s) to ourselves from receipt of delivery (excluding non-postal days). Items which are returned after the 30 day period may be subject to a 35% restocking fee or may result in the return being rejected.
Upon the return we will inspect the item(s) and issue a full refund within 48 hours subject to condition. All items should be returned in the condition they were sent and any defects upon the return are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is expected to pay the postage cost in full.*

*Please inspect each item(s) on delivery for any defects, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged or defective for a full refund or replacement. The return postage cost will not apply to the buyer if the item is deemed faulty or damaged in transit to the customer by our returns team.

Returning larger items such as worktops, upstands, splashbacks, gola handleless rail and cabinets will incur a further cost which will equate to the delivery charge. E.g. £25 Delivery Zone will incur £25 collection fee and so on. Collection for gola handleless profile is capped at £39.99.
